The silver corrosion test Apparatus is used for the detection of corrosive tendencies toward silver of aviation gasoline, aviation turbine fuels and other fuels. A polished silver strip is completely immersed in fuel at 50 C for 4 hours and then evaluated for corrosion as per standard procedure. The equipment is basically constant temperature bath in combination with glass cradles, vessels and test tubes assemblies.

APPARATUS CONSIST OF :
Constant temp. bathThe liquid bath made up of SS with stirring assembly to maintain constant temperature.
Glass cradlesBorosilicate glass mfg., suspension & support for the silver test specimen, as per standard.
Corrosion test tubesBorosilicate/amber glass mfg., cold finger condenser, stopper, hook for cradle suspension.
