CORROSION TEST FOR ENGINE COOLANTS
CORROSION TEST FOR ENGINE COOLANTS IN GLASSWARE – ASTM 1384 / JIS K 2234 / IS 5759
Model Code: SEWCG01 (Three place assembly)
SEWCC02 (Six place assembly)
SEWCC02 (Six place assembly)
This test equipment is manufactured in accordance to ASTM D 1384 / IS 5759. Specimens of metal typical of those present in engine cooling systems are totally immersed in aerated engine coolant solution for 336 hours at ~ 71OC. In the glassware provided. The corrosion inhibitive properties of the test solution are evaluated on the basis of the weight changes incurred by the specimens.
